The Postdoc Academy: Succeeding as a Postdoc is the first professional development online course built specifically for postdocs and created with postdocs. The Postdoc Academy provides skill development for postdocs, from orientation to next career step. "Succeeding as a Postdoc" is the first course in the Postdoc Academy series. This 6 week course explores the research related to postdoc success and guides you in applying it to your environment.

Postdoc Academy Learning Sessions (PALS) are the learning community, or discussion group component of the Postdoc Academy. These local learning communities support online learning by connecting content directly to the UF context and community, and also by promoting deeper learning of the material. PALS are small groups of UF postdocs who meet weekly (virtually) for 1hr while taking the online course.
